When you take your caravan with you and look for a caravan site at a campsite, it’s not for a weekend, and it’s rarely for a touring holiday. So it’s no surprise that caravan camping trips are more likely to be long term. For a good time with your family or as a couple, you will have plenty of time to explore all the attractions of the region, take part in all the activities and enjoy all the services of the 3-star campsite of L’Iscle de Prelles.
To be comfortable and make the most of your installation and your awning, you will certainly choose a caravan pitch of 100 to over 150m², with electricity, and experience tells me that you will ask us for a shady pitch… But if you prefer a caravan pitch of between 80 and 100m², without electricity and in full sun, no problem, at L’Iscle de Prelles, everything is possible…
In any case, on all our pitches, our caravan pitches as well as our tent pitches or camper van pitches, you will never fall asleep very far from the Durance river, which flows all along the 4 hectares park. The continuous flow of this glacial river will accompany your awakenings and lull you to sleep.

A snow caravan, for caravans… in the snow……
And yes, in winter too, you can book a caravan site at Caravaneige Iscle de Prelles to enjoy skiing and other winter sports. We are open from the Christmas holidays to the first weekend in October, so in fact we can welcome you with enthusiasm all year round for a relaxing stay 5 minutes from Briançon and the Serre Chevalier resort and in the heart of the 5 Valleys which are the pride of the Hautes Alpes.
In winter, you can take advantage of our free shuttle bus that will take you to the departure of the Prorel cable car in Briançon, which will take you to the top of Serre Chevalier… In a way, the Iscle de Prelles becomes a snow caravan at the foot of the slopes!

The principle is simple :
- You put your caravan on your pitch (or you buy a caravan that is already installed),
- You arrange your plot as you wish, including an entrance hatch, as long as the whole thing can be dismantled,
- You pay an annual rent for the plot,
- And then you come whenever you want to enjoy the region…
