We’re always convinced that nothing can make us cancel our holidays. And yet, unfortunately, it happens more often than the 6 lottery numbers! It’s often said that we’re multi-insured. It’s true, but very few insurance policies cover the cancellation of a holiday.

We usually forget about the small stones that can sometimes get into our shoes during our stay. Cars breaking down can happen. If we lend you one instead, the hassle almost becomes a pleasure!

To tell you the truth, we didn’t have much trouble – it’s the leading insurance in the sector! It’s never fun talking about these things, but it’s necessary. You will be covered for personal reasons if you are ill, if your car breaks down or if you lose your job. For family reasons in the event of death or serious hospitalisation. For professional reasons if your boss changes your holiday dates.
I was taking the example of a car or motor home that breaks down. The cancellation insurance will take care of you and provide you with a replacement vehicle. Another example: if your pet injures its leg, cancellation insurance will take care of veterinary treatment. What’s more, your main residence will be covered, just like you! Water damage while you’re away? Campez Couvert will take care of the plumber to at least turn off the water!
And of course, if a major reason forces you to return home and cut your holiday short, the cancellation insurance will reimburse your stay on a pro rata basis.

If you call us from the comfort of your bed because you’ve been struck down by a horrible virus on the eve of your holiday, we’re not going to give you a refund. And we hate to cancel a booking at the expense of the holidaymaker or camper. We know how frustrating it can be to feel double the pain. So you see, for complete satisfaction in all circumstances, the safest solution is to camp covered 😉.

Some services are available all year round, others only during the very high season. Some activities are available all year round, others only during the winter season. Or from spring onwards, when the snow has disappeared. The snack bar, for example, is only open in July and August. The playground, mini-golf and most of the children’s activities disappear under the snow in winter and reappear in April…
Anyway, when there’s snow, it’s so much more fun to have snowball fights, bring to life snowmen with sometimes misshapen features or even build an igloo… Oh, and I forgot the most important thing: the swimming pool is open and heated from mid-May to mid-September.
Winter or summer, you can camp on a pitch or stay in an accomodation, mobile homes, chalets or even unusual accommodation. The campsite is just 5 minutes from Briançon, linking the Serre Chevalier and Pays des Ecrins valleys. The majestic Clarée valley is just 10 minutes from the campsite! A few days are not enough to discover all the diversity of our area…
