To finalise your booking, welcome you on arrival or provide information during your stay, the reception desk is the place to be. Would you like to know everything about the Iscle de Prelles campsite? What about the surrounding valleys of the Pays des Ecrins, Serre Chevalier, Briançon or the Clarée? We promise to tell you all about it…
Welcome to the campsite...
Reception at the campsite is obviously a must when you arrive. We wish you a very warm WELCOME… and an excellent DETENT’TONIQUE stay with us…
Did you have a good trip?
Karine is the reception boss, assisted daily by Oxo, our dog, who will give you a warm welcome. And during the peak summer season, a seasonal worker is on hand to welcome you with a smile…
Administrative formalities are necessary, but we try to move as quickly as possible.
We’ll take the time to show you, on the campsite map, the location and any schedule of activities and services.
We tell you all about the activities on the campsite, the heated swimming pool and aquagym, mini-golf, petanque courts and communal barbecues. If you have children, we’ll tell you about the children’s club, the playground and, in general, all the activities for children and teenagers.
We mention all the services that will enhance your stay, including the bakery, Wi-Fi, sanitary facilities, launderette, selective sorting and electric vehicle recharging points…
Finally, we insist on a few points of the rules in terms of safety and respect.
1001 good reasons to push open the doors of the reception...
Every morning in July and August, the reception takes on a bakery atmosphere to give you the fresh bread and pastries you ordered the day before…
And if you’d like a coffee, tea, hot chocolate or even a full breakfast when the snack bar is closed in the morning, that’s also at reception.
A little ‘emergency’ grocery, as they say: pasta or rice, coffee, milk and toilet paper. And a whole range of ready-made meals in jars for a ready-made dinner.
And for the aperitif, of course: peanuts, pistachios and crisps. As well as cold drinks, fruit juices and, of course, local beer.
To use the laundry, you can buy tokens at reception.
At reception you will also find all the games equipment you need, such as table tennis rackets, petanque balls and balls of all kinds.
