On-site charging points
As an accommodation provider, it’s our duty to ensure that the services we offer evolve to meet the needs of our guests. And there’s one need that we clearly couldn’t ignore any longer: electric car charging.
So in 2023, our family campsite was equipped with 2 electric vehicle charging points. 2 x 22kW charging points, remotely managed by Freshmile. Payment is made online or by badge. The charging points are compatible with most other operators.
Secure charging points
As well as offering a genuine electric car recharging service in the best possible conditions, the investment became unavoidable for safety reasons: it is very dangerous to recharge a vehicle on a socket not designed for this purpose.
The charging points therefore support an important point in our rules: it is strictly forbidden to charge a vehicle outside the dedicated charging points… And if there’s one thing we’re not joking about… it’s safety…
Public charging points
The charging points are located in the visitors’ car park.
This means they are accessible all year round to everyone, whether or not they are residents of the campsite. The Iscle de Prelles campsite also features on the official maps used by motorists using electric vehicles.

Services for every need...
So there you have it… if you’re looking for a campsite with a charging point for electric vehicles, you’ve come to the right place… Especially as our family campsite in Briançon generally offers you all the essential services, such as a bakery, Wi-Fi, a communal barbecue area, laundry facilities in the main sanitary block and much more… On the theme of responsible tourism, you’ll find a place for selective sorting and composting right next to the charging points.

It’s also worth noting that our valleys in the Pays des Ecrins, Serre Chevalier Briançon and even the Clarée valley are pretty well equipped with electric vehicle recharging points. Most public car parks and supermarkets offer fast-charging points for their customers.
